blog / Instagram / shop / youtube

Hello Reader,

Thank you for subscribing and reading the Sunday Stitch; we appreciate your support!

My grown-up kids have been visiting this week, and I've enjoyed spending time with them. It's been a relatively quiet week, and we don't have a new post this week, but we have several fun things planned for August!

In the meantime, please enjoy a few recently updated projects in our archives!

This Child’s Apron pattern. It’s pretty simple to stitch up and would make an excellent gift for your favorite kid!

Does the start of the school year have you itching to make something new? If so, then you may love today’s post. I’ve scoured the web to find more than 20 cute things to make for Back to School.

JULY LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS!

We are down to fewer than a dozen of our July Limited-Edition Quilt kits! The kits come with fabric for a large lap-size quilt, binding, and a printed pattern!

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT...

Here are the projects shared in last week's newsletter

FROM THE ARCHIVES

SEWING

Do you have a bunch of old sweatshirts in your closet just taking up space? Maybe they have sentimental value because they are from a favorite vacation or sports team.

CRAFTS & FOOD

Looking for a fun craft idea for back to school or a teacher appreciation gift? You may enjoy making this Back to School Ruler Wreath.

QUILTS

Machine binding a quilt can save you a lot of time and possibly allow a quilt to hold up better with repeated washings. Today I’ll teach you how to bind a quilt with a sewing machine using a unique trick that will yield great-looking binding and straight stitches every time!
